Account deletion request

Follow these instructions to delete your Fast Njoh account and related personal data.

Who can request deletion?

Any registered user (passenger, driver, partner or courier) can request the permanent deletion of their Fast Njoh account and associated data.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Write to contact@traveltchopeasy.fr from the email address linked to your account.
  2. Include the subject “Account deletion – Fast Njoh”.
  3. Provide your full name, phone number and (if applicable) your driver or partner identifier.
  4. Describe the reason for the deletion request (optional).

Data deleted or retained

Once your request is confirmed, we delete or anonymise the following data within 30 days:

  • Personal profile data (name, phone number, email, profile photo).
  • Ride, delivery and order history associated with your account.
  • Payment identifiers stored for Mobile Money transactions.

Follow-up and legal retention

You will receive a confirmation when the deletion is complete. Certain records (invoices, proof of payment or fraud-prevention logs) may be retained for up to 5 years to meet legal obligations.
